Our patented freezer bullet needs about 9 hours in the freezer before service. Keep extra in the freezer to swap over and never run out of cooling.

Step 2

Insert the bottle

Click the freezer bullet into the cooler base, drop the bottle in.

One bullet holds white wine at serving temperature for hours, depending on ambient temperature and bottle starting temp. For high-turnover venues, we recommend keeping a second bullet in the freezer to swap mid-shift.
The Classic Coolenator fits standard 750ml wine and champagne bottles. For taller bottles, look at our Tall and Tall Turbo models.
Most restaurants order 1 extra bullet per cooler so one can be in service while the other is freezing. For high-volume terrace service (60+ covers per shift), 2 extras per cooler is more realistic.
Yes. We print your logo on the front of each cooler. For full-wrap designs across the whole cooler, request a quote - these are priced per project. File formats: AI, EPS, PDF, or high-resolution PNG.
Plain stock ships within 2–3 days from our Mijdrecht warehouse. Branded orders take 1–2 weeks depending on print complexity and quantity. For rush orders (under 4 weeks), we can sometimes prioritize - just mention it when you order.
